Well, it was a good location for kadayawan activitea.

Looks good from the outside including the lobby but the room was badly needing updating. The molding was rotting and the bathroom was moldy. The window was not completely sealed when closed so the noise from the busy street and ongoing construction was so loud and annoying to the point that it gave me a big time headache.
